Client Responsibilities

• Obtain medical clearance from a healthcare provider before starting
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience severe pain or adverse symptoms
• Take full responsibility for your decisions regarding your health and recovery

Assumption of Risk

• Physical activity and rehabilitation exercises carry inherent risks
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
• You are voluntarily participating in our programs
• You assume all risks associated with following program recommendations
• Real Adaptation is not liable for any injuries, setbacks, or adverse outcomes

Payment and Refunds

• All fees are stated in US dollars
• Payment is required before service delivery begins
• Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

Refund Policy

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement

No Medical Professional-Patient Relationship

Use of Real Adaptation services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other medical professional-patient relationship. Our relationship is strictly coach-client for educational purposes.

Our services may include or link to third-party services, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services
• The privacy practices of third-party providers

Modifications to Terms
